Through Remote Services customer experience can be improved at the highest level by accessing the latest software upgrades right away, problem resolution promptly, and training material on demand.

Service and Support Benefits

  • A dedicated Technical Account Manager will be assigned.
  • Periodic reports on system performance and health provided.
  • Customized remote/online training sessions will be offered when required.
  • Additional training materials and documents will be provided in electronic format.
  • Primary support hours are defined as 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time , Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
